All in the PIE-What are YOU eating for Thanksgiving?

Me: "So Kevin, what do you want to eat on Thanksgiving? Anything you want! Just name it! I'll make it!"

Kev: "I don't care. The usual. Clams might be good. Oysters? These mussels in white wine."

Me: "Instead of turkey, since you guys aren't crazy about that, how about marinated chicken?"

Kev: "Oh, ya. With thyme, olive oil, lemon...that would be good."

Me: "Pie?"

Kev: "I don't care what else you make, but you HAVE TO MAKE pumpkin pie. It's not Thanksgiving without the pie.  PIE is NON-NEGOTIABLE."

What are you eating for Thanksgiving? Looking for some inspiration?  Our Thanksgivings tend to be a bit non-traditional, with everything from spicy chicken to great salads.  There's also SO  much to bake!  From breakfast to dinner, there's something in the Cookie Jar for everyone.
