Processed to Home made Lunch box Challenge: Pizza Pretzels

Pizza Pretzel

Just like the soft, chewy, pizza-like pretzels sold in Jake's school, but SO MUCH BETTER. Using whole wheat flour and topped with real mozzarella, this week's processed to home made lunch challenge is pizza pretzels. These were so yummy that Jake has begged me to make a bunch and freeze them so he can just pop them into his lunches in the morning.
