Questions for the Cookie Jar: BBQing Ribs and Dutch Process Cocoa Powder

Remember when I said I'd answer reader's cooking questions? I was going to via video, but the plague infested our house. Then once we got rid of that, allergies hit and I've been one sneezy, snotty mess.

Not really conducive to talking about food and cooking, is it?

So instead I wrote my response so that you guys aren't going to have to wait forever for your answers!
