Candy Cane Bark

A co-worker made me this one Christmas, and it was so delectable I ate the whole bag. Yum! Plus it's so easy to make that the kids can help you and I guarantee that teachers will LOVE it.

4 cups good quality white chocolate chips or chunks (1 lb/500 g)
1 cup finely crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Line a baking sheet with foil. Melt white chocolate over low heat in a saucepan, or over a heatproof bowl set over simmering water. When chocolate is melted, add crushed candy cane. Spread over foil lined cookie sheet. Let set, remove from foil and break into pieces.

Makes 1 lb candy. Now try not to eat it all!
