Best Breakfast Ever

I have a new favorite book. Prizewinning Preserves, by Yvonne Tremblay, is something I picked up at the library on a whim. I'm not sure what made me sign it out, but I've been sitting up at night pouring over the pages. Strawberry Vanilla Bean Jam? Mango Fruit butter?

Well. I certainly didn't need any convincing. Warm buttermilk biscuits and a thick topping of sweet, decadent, Mango Butter and I'm in heaven.

Oh, and you want the recipe too? I suppose I could share......
