Food, Food, Glorious FOOD!

There is nothing like eating out in restaurants for 3 weeks to make you want to go home and cook up a storm. Well-me, anyway. We did get some great meals while we were away, and I got some wonderful ideas for things here at home, like that turkey cranberry sandwhich. Or, such as putting feta cheese and dried cranberries over some spring mix salad. Yum! Plus we've craved fruit and veggies so badly that the first thing I did when we arrived home was completely stock the fridge with produce.

I've gone a little nuts this week and not only baked up a storm today, but have all the ingredients to cook up some real good meals this week!

Not to mention that school starts and I go back to work this coming week, so I gotta get a bit organized-some things are for freezing to eat later on.

Want to see what's cooking here in the Jar? Check these links out...not all are up, there's more to come throughout the week. Stay tuned!
