Chocolate Coffee Spoons

What a better treat to give a chocolate and coffee lover then a yummy spoon to stir through their coffee? You can use all sorts of variations on this, by drizzing various types of chocolate over top, or adding rum or other flavorings.

4 oz chocolate (semi sweet, milk, or white)-chopped
6-8 heat proof plastic spoons
wax paper lined cookie sheet

Melt chocolate over hot, but not boiling, water. Dip spoon in the chocolate, far enough so that it coats the bowl of the spoon (and fills it a bit). Set on cookie sheet to set. You can drizzle it with another type of chocolate to make it look interesting as well. When set, wrap the chocolate coated end with plastic wrap and tie with a ribbon. Keep in the fridge.
