Black Forest Chocolate Bark

1 lb (500 g) semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
2 cups dried cherries or cranberries
1 cup chopped almonds

In a saucepan over hot (not boiling) water or over low heat, melt chocolate. Stir in dried cherries or cranberries and almonds. Pour out onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet, spreading evenly. Allow to cool and break into chunks.

Makes 1 1/2 pounds
