Ice cream Sauce

One year a friend of mine gave me an assortment of ice cream sauces with some cute dishes to make banana splits with. It was a great gift! We enjoyed the tasty treats long after the holidays.
Chocolate Hot Fudge Sauce:
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp corn syrup
6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped.
Bring cream and corn syrup to a boil, then remove from heat and add chocolate. Whisk until smooth. Let stand until thickened. Refridgerate for up to a week and re-warm it to liquefy.
