Walking home from school

On the way home from school today I took some pictures of interesting things as we walked. This rose was in front a nice house with a sign advertising that the owner ran a spa inside. Personally, I love just looking at these roses.

Then we saw this house with a pear tree. I may be allergic to pears, but these looked yummy enough to eat right then and there-almost so perfect they looked fake. Plastic-like, even.

With fall coming, there is a bit of nip in the air in the mornings. Not a lot of trees have begun to turn quite yet, but some bushes are. I just love fall colors, don't you?

Last but not least, we couldn't resist snacking on a few blackberries. Most of them are shriveled and yukky by now, but you can still find a few patches with some ripe ones that the bears, birds, and people haven't gotten yet. Oh they are soooooooooo good!
What is your walk home like?
